American Trailer World Completes Sale of TexTrail, Inc.

American Trailer World Corp. (ATW®) today announced it has completed the previously announced sale of TexTrail, Inc. to DexKo Global Inc. This transaction includes TexTrail, as well as Wholesale Trailer Supply, LLC and Marius Garon, Inc.

ATW will continue to operate its professional and consumer grade trailer manufacturing business, its truck equipment manufacturing business, and its retail business.
