At ATW we are focused on making our organization a great place to work. To help us deliver on that goal, we are thrilled to welcome Perry Gragg as our new Senior Vice President of Human Resources, reporting directly into Robert Hureau.
In this role, Perry will be focused on building the strategy and vision to support ATW’s journey toward a best-in-class workplace as well as working with leadership and the HR team to execute on that vision. He will also support the continued growth and development of the HR organization by improving business support and compliance across the organization.
Perry is an accomplished leader and brings a breadth and depth of experience in problem solving, strategy and performance improvement as well as people development, and recruiting. He is a strong people leader with demonstrated experience delivering results.
He joins us from Bain & Company where he was an Associate Partner. In that role he supported organizations across numerous industries in ensuring they met their strategic objectives. He’s worked to revitalize organizational and operating models and cultivating positive company cultures. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University. Perry lives in Dallas, TX with his wife and two young sons.
